The earrings are marked with a horse head, providing assurance of their minimum 18ct gold composition.Horse head hallmarks were used in France from May 9 year 1838 until June 30 of year 1919.
These exquisite earrings feature a floral wavy engraved design and many different engravings, with its captivating design the yellow gold shines to perfection reflecting light, which allows engraving to pop appear or disappear depending on how you turn your head. The sides of the earrings showcase an intricately repeated pattern, adding to their luxurious appeal.
With a lever back closure at the top, these earrings exhibit another hallmark of the era. The closures are in excellent condition, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit.

They are very shiny and the yellow gold is heart warming. Light tarnish still remains and a dark black spot on one of the earrings visible in picture on the small ball part and the bottom, not noticeable when worn.
