Beautiful edwardian antique watch chain with filigree links. Made of thick and high quality gold fill, which is a layer of 18k gold over brass or other base metal. Eight lozenge links which contain delicate filigree work with balls in the middle , connected by trace chain. Originally used to clip a pocket watch to your jacket, now makes a lovely bracelet (wrapped twice) or choker necklace. Check length to verify fit as this would be shorter than a modern chain and this one particularly would likely fit as a choker. Excellent vintage condition with light tarnish inside the filigree art work. The chain links are very shiny, with a lovely yellow gold color. The spring ring can easily be used to clip a pendant.
