Rare piece of french Art Nouveau history, this antique Art Nouveau silver locket dates back to the 1890s. This exquisite round locket, adorned with two unique floral designs on each side with gorgeous engine turn lines and wave like crown design on the sides, captures the essence of the late 19th and early 20th centuries when the Art Nouveau movement flourished, celebrating the beauty of nature through flowing lines and intricate patterns.
The front of the locket showcases a delightful arrangement of flowers and classic Art Nouveau embellishments, intricately engraved with the guilloche technique. On the back, you'll find equally enchanting floral and leaf designs, offering the wearer the versatility of wearing it with either side facing out.
