18K solid gold Delicate engraved medal of St Therese of Lisieux in a stunning Art Deco design. This French religious medal from the early 1930s, is made of 18K solid yellow gold. In the interior of the pendant, St Therese is visible facing us, delicately sculpted in the center of gorgeous Geometrical frame. She holds flowers and a cross. The reverse is engraved with the name Michele and the date 20.05.40.
The medal is thin but in relief. Lovely small details abound on this gorgeous religious medal.
This medal is in good antique condition despite the fact it is dented more visible on the back, micro scratches to the gold consistent with age. The medal is hallmarked with an eagle head and comes in a two ton gold color, yellow and white for the external frame.
Would make an excellent communion or baptism gift, or a pendant to add to your religious collection.
